Shipping & Handling
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 days. You will receive a shipping and tracking notification once the order has been shipped.
Shipping for domestic US orders is a flat rate of $5.
We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. All items marked "final sale" and “sale” items cannot be exchanged. Exchanges will be for the total price of the original item, not including original shipping.
We do not accept exchanges that show any sign of wear, have been tarnished or generally show signs of wear. Please exchange in original condition. All exchanges must be sent in original packaging, with no signs of wear or distress.
All sales are final after 14 days of delivery. The delivery date is the date the mail carrier attempts to make their first delivery.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS.
We are not responsible for any shipped item that is mishandled, stolen or lost during shipping.
